Mother Nature gave us a little hiccup but we were taken very good care of by Elk Springs. We've used them for years and always been a great short vacation.

Bear Cub Lodge was the perfect place for the 10 of us. The management group messaged us several times to make sure that everything was going well and to check if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend Bear Cub Lodge and this management company.

The rental home was nothing more than exceptional. The amount of space it has was just amazing. All three levels each has their own balcony that either featured a hot tub or unique fireplace with plenty of place to relax and watch the scenery. Inside featured an amazing kitchen that supplied all our cooking needs(of course you bring the food) but they even supplied seasonings. How thoughtful! The lower level featured a getaway room with its own bathroom access. Also on the lower level was the pool table, foosball, and movie theater screen that we all enjoyed so very much. Having a washer in dryer in the home was a brilliant idea because it definitely came in handy. The unique all around fireplace that stands under the great room was the most warmest place to be around while awaiting for dinner. The host was very thoughtful by checking in on us all to make sure we were settled in nicely. As far as a rating the BEAR CUB LODGE is our newest favorite place to vacay. We are looking forward to visiting again♥️
Cabin had all the amenities. Nice hot tub, pool table, and more. Plenty of space inside and out. Kitchen was stocked with utensils you’ll need away from home. Great stay!

We had a great time at this cabin. It was very spacious, great location and clean. The up-grades were nice. I was nervous about the whole rental process from booking, getting directions to access code; but Elk Springs manager was very helpful and everything went smoothly. Will definitely be interested in booking again!

The trip was absolutely wonderful this was a family trip to spend time with my son before he go away to college and we enjoyed ourselves and the property there was plenty of space and it was very clean
It was four couples in our party and we had a fabulous time. The cabin was nice and clean. The sound bar, LCD projector, and screen downstairs in the game room was amazing. We had plenty of room at the table to sit and eat our meals, as well as, play the card and dice games we played. The cabin was fully stocked. The snow was a plus and the surroundings were beautiful covered in snow. We will definitely be back to Elks Springs Resort. I love the courtesy call from the staff making sure we were doing well.
The whole process from rental to arrival and departure was easy. The cabin was beautiful and it felt like home. My family enjoyed this experience and we plan to do it again next year. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
My husband and I recently traveled with a group of friends and loved our stay at Bear Cub Lodge! It was a great location and the cabin had absolutely everything we could have needed. Would highly recommend Elk Springs Resort to anyone! The check in and check out process was easy and they even called to check in on our stay which was appreciated! We will definitely use these cabins again in the future!
The cabin was beautiful and the perfect size for my family. The amenities were great. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the kitchen utensils you needed. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We requested an extra night stay after arriving and it was handled very quickly and easily by the staff. We’re already making plans to return next year.
Bear Cub Lodge was just wonderful! Four couples and so much space! The outdoor fireplace was fantastic! Easy drive and short drive to downtown Gatlinburg! Nice large dining table for meals! We had a wonderful time.
This was the easiest check in and check out on a vacation that I’ve ever had. The directions were easy to follow. The cabin was so nice and clean and everything worked without me having to call anyone for help. I’m so just pleased and definitely will be coming back
The cabin was large enough to make all 12 guests feel like they had their own space. The entire cabin was very clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. It was close enough to downtown without all the noise and traffic too.

The cabin was much nicer than the pictures if that's possible, very spacious for my family trip of 7 including a toddler. Very clean and I felt like I had pretty much everything I needed while we were there. I'm definitely staying again. From booking to checking out 5 out of 5.

Other than the rain, we had an awesome time. The cabin was great and check-in went smoothly. The purpose of the trip was to spend time with our mother and this was the perfect place.

cabin and fit all our needs. No maintenance problems at all and cabin was clean. It snowed while we were there and Cade’s Cove was absolutely beautiful.

Saying the cabin was big is an understatement. We had plenty of room plus some in this mountain getaway. Easy to get to and just far enough away from all the busy streets of Gatlinburg made this a quiet location to spend our evenings.
Beautiful cabin! Great location and very clean. Perfect layout for our family...teens had their space for games and movies, while adults had space for relaxing. Would definitely rent this cabin again.
The cabin was clean and ready for our arrival. It has so many features that appealed to our family. We had an issue with the front door lock and called Elk Springs and they responded quickly and resolved the problem. The cabin is located close to Great Smoky National Park and many other places we wanted to visit. We had an amazing vacation!

We LOVED this property. With booking last minute they were very accommodating. The house was very clean and well kept. Plenty of parking and loved that it was tucked away. Checking in and checking out was very convenient and we will back again for sure.

Staying at Bear Club Lodge for 5 days was amazing. I stayed in the master bedroom downstairs. Plenty of room, towels and pillows. The hot tub was a nice way to unwind from hiking. Overall, very satisfied and cannot wait to return.

When we arrived the cabin was beautiful. Loved all the separation for the different areas expecially the game room. We can't wait to come back next year this is a permanent vacation spot

We had never rented a cabin before, so this was a new experience for us. It was wonderful! Our cabin was roomy and very comfortable, as well as very clean and well-maintained. Customer service checked on us to make sure everything was as it should be. We loved it. This was a family vacation and we will definitely recommend this resort to others.

This is our second time staying at Elks Springs Resort, and had a great time. Staying at the Bear Cub Lodge was an awesome experience. Everything matches the photos seen on the website. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the staff is always friendly and professional! Will definitely be back next year!!
We just were looking for a 2 day getaway form work and the stresses of everyday lives. Elk Springs Resort provided this escape for us. I was a bit nervous about booking all by phone and email given I am definitely not tech savvy but,from the get go,the representative Daniel ,I think , set me at ease. The cabin was wonderful. Everything was clean and we had use of all the amenities...the hot tub, fireplaces ,pool table , arcade games, foosball table. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were accommodating. We all enjoyed our stay and our stay at Bear Cub Lodge provided us the 2-day escape we needed.
Our family has visited multiple Elk Spring Resort cabins and have never been dissatisfied. This cabin was at a great location and parking was a plus. We visit again and will recommend to family and friends.

We had a great time such a beautiful Cabin. Staff was so nice and helpful. We brought our children and grandchildren for my son's 30th birthday!! It snowed that day and we had so much fun. We will definitely come back and would recommend the Bear Cub Lodge to anyone.
